Just ask anyone “Do you have an interest in serious election reform?” You will be surprised by how many are interested.

Then say, “We need proportional representation, so a party that wins 30% of the vote wins 30% of the seats.” If they have a little time, they will give it to you. Show them our website or send a link. You can do this anywhere, online or off.
